 Jason attended the school of business at
Florida State University majoring in Marketing.
He has used the skills and knowledge to own and operate a major
wholesale food service company. After successfully building the
business and increasing sales by 50%, he sold the local operation
to pursue a career in real estate.
Jason's family vacationed on Sanibel island ever since he was
just two years old and grew up here as the island was their second
home and decided this was the ideal location to build his real
estate career. His love for the islands and local knowledge made
things a seemless transition. Jason implemented a solid business
plan and went to work making visitors and residents real estate
dreams a reality. He quickly became a multi-million dollar top
producer on the island and joined forces with the offices #1
team-The Marketeer Group. With over 80+ years of combined knowledge
and expertise, the Marketeer Group has helped thousands of clients

In order to stay on the cutting edge of this ever-changing
business, Jason has completed various courses in Core Law, 1031 Tax

My goal is to use my experience to help families accomplish
their real estate goals on Sanibel/Captiva/ and the surrounding

 John Nicholson has been a real estate
agent on Sanibel and Captiva Island since 1983. In November 2006,
John merged with The Marketeers to form the most formidable real
estate team on the Islands. John's dad, Claude, a retired attorney,
has joined the team as an Open House Specialist.
John is an avid golfer and was the Assistant Golf Professional
at South Seas Plantation Resort. John and his wife, Teresa have
been married for 20 years. John and Teresa love to travel, read and
spend time relaxing on the beach during their time away from the
office.
However, John is always available and ready to help. Remember,

Jim Artale, Broker Associate |

 Jim Artale comes from a strong background
in management, marketing and real estate. His skills in negotiating
contracts, market analysis, and finding the deals, have been
developed from years of experience at the corporate level managing
acquisitions and leases of all types of commercial and residential
property. After receiving his brokers license in 1987, he
immediately succeeded in being selected in the elite group of the
nations top performers. Jim, along with partner Ken Colter started
the Marketeers in 1999 which today has achieved national
recognition within the Coldwell Banker organization.
Jim and his wife Alice have lived in SW Florida since 1985
moving from the northeast. Both of them enjoy fishing, golf, living
in paradise and spending many hours with their four grand children
who live nearby.
Jim is highly recognized for his work ethics, honesty and
satisfied customers which all lead to client referrals, the main
stay of his business. That dedication has earned him continued
honors, state and nationwide.

Ken Colter, Realtor® |
 Ken's been a resident of Sanibel Island
since 1979, and he's been actively involved in Island real estate
since 1981. A former pilot, Ken is known for his sense of humor and
his ability to get along great with his customers. He's also a
former Island business owner, and in his spare time enjoys,
hunting, boating, horseback riding and flying airplanes. Is a
member of The Marketeers, Ken's expertise meshes perfectly with
that of his fellow team members. In addition to being a realtor,
Ken is also a builder/developer, a combination that offers the
customer a "one-stop-shopping" approach to achieving their real
