Jason Lomano came to Coldwell Banker Preivews formerly John Naumann & Associates with a great deal of business experience and a long time association with Sanibel and Captiva. Having owned and operated several successful businesses in the area, he decided that with his love of people and knowledge of the islands, real estate was a natural transition.
Jason has been vacationing on Sanibel since the early 1970s, after graduating from Florida State University he made Southwest Florida his home and has become a successful business person on the islands. Jason is a graduate of the Fort Myers Real Estate Academy with excellent exam scores. He also is a graduate of the John Naumann and Associates sales training academy, and recipient of the 1999 Fast Start Award in Real Estate. I have completed my continuing education in the areas of Real Estate Law, Coastal Living, Environmental Protection, 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges, Cash Flow Perfomas and Investment Properties. Jim Artale comes from a strong background in management, marketing and real estate. His skills in negotiating contracts, market analysis, and finding the deals, have been developed from years of experience at the corporate level managing acquisitions and leases of all types of commercial and residential property. After receiving his brokers license in 1987, he immediately succeeded in being selected in the elite group of the nations top performers. Jim, along with partner Ken Colter started the Marketeers in 1999 which today has achieved national recognition within the Coldwell Banker organization.
Jim and his wife Alice have lived in SW Florida since 1985 moving from the northeast. Both of them enjoy fishing, golf, living in paradise and spending many hours with their four grand children who live nearby.
